Senior Manager, Client Success will lead a team responsible for existing clients with a goal to develop and grow new business opportunities. The successful candidate will communicate regularly on recommendations, status of opportunities and tracking to budget to leadership team. The Senior Manager, Client Success will ensure resources are allocated appropriately to deliver quality service to clients and deliver growth. The Senior Manager, Client Success will collaborate closely with solution delivery, marketing and technology teams.


Key Responsibilities/Main Activities:

  • Manage a team of Client Success Managers with a goal to continually add value and services this portfolio of accounts
  • Tier 1 client management
  • Build strong internal relationships across product, technology and marketing
  • Lead the Client Services Team in delivering services to client base
  • Allocation of resources to ensure growth targets are hit and existing clients are appropriately serviced
  • Responsible for revenue growth and meeting profit goals for Client Success team
  • Ensure team meets budget, quality and schedule goals


Key Skills/Knowledge:

  • 3-5 years people management experience
  • Coach team to effectively influence clients to invest in promotions, marketing and new products/services
  • Ability to grasp complexity of CashStar platform: the consumer-facing, client-facing, and CashStar-facing portals and how they interface with external, client, and third-party systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Powerpoint, Excel, etc.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years people management experience
  • Minimum 8 years demonstrated success in professional services management/sales
  • Experience with consumer-facing, web-based products and services
  • Digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience
  • Bachelor’s degreerequired
  • Experience working for Fortune 1000 or marketing services company/agency targeting Fortune 1000 companies
  • Gift card industry experiencepreferred, but not required
