Support development of all consumer communications strategies across all channels including web, email, print and others as strategies determine such as social. Lead team in developing integrated marketing opportunities with both the KIA and Hyundai OEM marketing teams. Lead consumer communication team in the development and execution of all consumers facing messaging. Manage all marketing campaigns for Hyundai Motor Finance and Kia Motors Finance. Lead vendor relationships for execution of all marketing initiatives. For specific marketing campaigns, define campaign objectives, target audience, test cells, creative development, delivery, and track results including establishing consistent report outs of all campaigns. Work with OEMs and HCA OEM teams to develop campaign messaging and offers for retail and lease offer messaging.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead communications team in the development of all consumer facing communications strategies and execution of all communications for Kia Motors Finance, Hyundai Motor Finance and Genesis Finance. Includes leading customer journey and content strategy for all touchpoints ;
Work with business stakeholders including customer service - voice of the customer team – and remarketing/leasing team to continually monitor and improve on existing communication strategies and messaging;
Lead agency partners in development of all consumer facing projects including websites – design and content- campaign development and other projects identified within strategy developments;
Support HCI consumer marketing efforts for HPP and GPP, including development of POS and other efforts
Knowledge and Skills:
• Experienced in print and digital production; communications strategy development, email marketing best practices, marketing content development across channels;
• Excellent project management skills;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience in leading people
Education and Experience:
• Four year college degree
• 10+ years marketing communications experience in the development of creative concepts and campaign management; working at or with marketing agencies and a understanding of the automotive finance business or automotive or other finance industries a plus. Marketing/Advertising agency experience a plus.
