About the Job

We are looking for a dynamic, organized individual focused on delivering high-quality outcomes to lead our creative services team and efforts.

This leader will be responsible for driving high-quality compelling creative, messaging and programs, and serving as the linkage between the reputation team and partners across the business to deliver a cohesive (internal and external) identity and market presence. You'll lead our internal creative agency of skilled writing, editing, and design professionals, as well as a roster of contractors and agency partners, maintaining brand adherence and evolution to support our global identity and growth.

The ideal candidate thrives leading creative teams, working across the organization and continuously improving processes, performance and positioning. They will be passionate about reputation, value-led marketing and contributing to a collaborative team.

This is a player-coach position, ideal for a creative/visual design professional who would like to continue doing high-level creative work, helping develop key campaigns and driving strategic projects while guiding and supporting a team of writing and design professionals in delivery to a global business.

What you will do
  • Provide creative vision and solutions for achieving market representation, maintaining a credible, professional brand experience and delivering solutions that represent our business appropriately to our audiences.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of creative team ensuring they feel empowered, promoting collaboration across teams, providing direction and guidance as needed and anticipating issues before they occur; suggesting and implementing solutions in an effective manner.
  • Working with project management in marketing operations, oversee creative workflow and associated processes to ensure seamless delivery of projects based on timing, scope and requirements.
  • Develop relevant content ecosystems to support product and solutions releases, campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support content management and asset lifecycles, as well as working with teams across the business to ensure appropriate enablement materials and bills of goods are created.
  • Effectively manage and maintain guidelines, systems and tools to ensure strong brand consistency across multiple platforms, leading and enforcing quality-assurance efforts.
  • Be a go-to authority on the brand use and application, providing guidance as needed and addressing brand-related questions.
  • Work with teams across the business to ensure our identity and key messaging is expressed properly through their respective lenses (industry or vertical applications, for example).
  • Liaise with digital marketing, product marketing, partnerships and communications teams to ensure consistent visual representation and tone of voice across corporate and third-party channels.
  • Develop on-brand materials for the communications team and other key partners corporate initiatives, provisioning exec-level keynote quality presentations as needed.
  • Drive brand integration and rebranding efforts aligned to projects affiliated with our parent company and/or merger and acquisition growth.

What you need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business degree required, with a mastery of graphic and web design
  • 8+ years' experience in agency or marketing related role
  • 5+ years' experience in working in high volume creative production role (including managing vendors and budgets)
  • Full-scale design experience, including using AI to increase efficiency and supplement resources as appropriate
  • Excellent communications skills, including presentations
  • Demonstrated track record of success leading creative teams or creative project teams
  • Working understanding of multiple digital marketing platforms and channels to support format and audience-appropriateness with creative guidance
  • Familiarity with Asana or other PM systems, as well as DAMs and content management systems
  • Rebrand, brand introduction and brand integration experience strongly preferred

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
