Otis is seeking to fill a position within the Americas Corporate Communications team. The Senior Manager Americas Corporate Marketing Communications and Brand, is a talented, dedicated and motivated leader responsible for developing and leading the strategy that accentuate the Otis brand.
Reporting to the Americas Communications Director, the ideal candidate brings fresh ideas and develops compelling content to bring the Otis brand to life for our internal and external audiences. The Americas Corporate Marketing Communications and Brand Leader will act as the liaison between Americas Communications and the global corporate marketing communications team to ensure all projects are on brand and align with global objectives . He/She leads the entire creative process with the Americas communications team including ideation, creative briefs, iterative graphic design development, approvals and content delivery within set deadlines and budgets. To support the demands of our high-energy, fast-paced environment, he/she will work as an independent contributor on many projects, as well as using outside agencies for support and content development. He/she has a passion for the job and understands the demands of the role can extend outside of normal business hours.
EXPERIENCE AND KEY QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate has a minimum 8-10 years of experience in brand/creative strategy, graphic design, and video production and editing in either corporate communications and/or creative agencies, where they worked with internal market and executive teams, as well as outside agencies. He/she knows how to turn a concept into a creative deliverable, how to spark imaginative ideas and how to initiate action. He/she will bring a high attention to detail and a commitment to finding creative, brand friendly solutions in our fast-paced global environment.
He/she is passionate about capturing the culture and voice of the Americas team through compelling visual content that communicates the company’s vision and progress against its business goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the brand and creative strategy for the Americas region and work on everything from social, web, video, event-based projects and print while promoting brand awareness, company culture, products and services to a wide array of internal customer demographics.
