The Change Manager is responsible for supporting and leading organizational change initiatives across the Interiors Strategic Business Unit. This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of process, system, and behavioral changes by applying structured change management practices. The Change Manager will play a key role in guiding teams from current state to future state and ensuring changes are sustained over time.
What You Will Do:
Support organizational change efforts across Interiors
Apply standard change management tools and methodologies to guide organizations through transitions from awareness to sustainment
Lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement projects that transform processes, systems, and ways of working
Partner with functional leaders and project teams to assess change impacts and readiness
Develop and execute change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and reinforcement strategies
Identify risks to adoption and proactively recommend mitigation actions
Track change effectiveness and adoption metrics to ensure intended outcomes are achieved
Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic & international)

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
5+ years experience leading or facilitating organizational change initiatives, projects, or process improvements
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organziation
Project Management or PMBOK management certification or equivalent
Formal change management education or certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the companys performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
