Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Business Transformation will provide the hands-on leadershiprequired to plan and implement Gallagher Bassett’s change management, training, and business readiness initiatives.  This role will build and manage a change management team to facilitate organizational readiness in response to change.  The Operations Transformation Lead will take point in designing communications plans and the development of collateral to communicate to ourinternal and external customers. Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

  • Leads Change Management, Communication, and Training teams to transform our organization from the current to our future state
  • Build change capability and organizational resiliency by coaching business leaders on change management strategies and providing direct change management and communications support for key initiatives
  • Leads financial and strategic evaluations of transformation initiatives to achieve enterprise wide operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Leads cross-functional strategic initiatives and provides subject matter expertise and industry best practices related to business transformation
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Seven or more years related professional experience
  • Experience in Insurance/Financial Services
  • Program and Project Managementexperience
  • Excellent communication skills - speaking, writing, and listening
  • Some international travel may be required

  • MBA
