Job Description

The Sr Manager Business Info Management – Consumer Insights provides leadership and expertise in the development of Consumer Marketing insights throughdatabasemarketing, data insights andmarketing operations using data mining techniques to support and enhance theshareof customer and the development of new business.

A main goal of this position is to deliver personalized 1:1 Marketing experience driving individual level engagement.


• Expert knowledge of Database Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data Activation and necessary tools to study and optimize data
• Recognized as an experienced results oriented leader
• Requires strong understanding of technical development and a blend of skills/experience in data , database technologies, data interpretation and supporting business acumen
• Conversant in engaging and working closely with senior leadership, assisting them in developing roadmap and approaches to optimizing their customer experiences
• Senior specialist providing advisory services to executives, business segment leaders and governs the requirements for own work – Ability to build and effectively deliver presentations
• Anticipates emerging business trends and associated risks as a basis for recommending technical, functional or operational improvements
• Advises on execution strategy and leads the development and deployment of functional programs partnering with LOB partners and Analytics
• Requires innovative thinking to develop new solutions
• Engages stakeholders to take action; serves as a source of expert advice, influences change; frames information in a broader organizational context
• Provides leadership guidance, makes recommendations and collaborates with business to ensure solutions meets the business needs on a complex project or program
• Identifies and leads problem resolution for project/program complex requirements related issues at all levels


• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
• 10+ years of relevant experience from a Data Mining, Data Analysis, and / or Database Marketing background
• Advanced knowledge of various data sources, data management tools and analysis technologies used in deriving meaningful insights from raw data
• Analytical and problem solving skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions
• Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
• Skill in mentoring, coaching and performance management
• Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
• Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
• Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
• Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
• Ability handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the function and provide advice to senior leadership
