This role is the lead finance business partner supporting Business Groups GM’s to grow businesses of 00M to 00m size in excess of ~50% growth depending upon families. The role require a CFO mentality which works as a catalyst to focus on all aspect and a influencer who can help business group focus on right aspects in the right order to achieve the key business objectives. As an integral member of the finance leadership team, reporting to the Head of WW Finance, the primary responsibility is to drive the key financial results in the Business Groups in line with Logitech’s strategy and objectives as a multi category multi brand company.

The position will support Business Groups in their development of products, portfolio management decisions, and marketing and pricing strategy. As a customer focused company, Logitech is focused on brand loyalty. This is a critical and highly visible position which requires the ability to form strong working partnerships with senior business leaders and develop and mentor a team of financial analysts to effectively execute and support the Company’s objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the Business Group GMs; Advise on resource deployment and other investments to drive revenue and cost optimization

  • Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication, data driven analysis and modeling, and presentation of options and alternatives. Must be able to effectively communicate strategies / plans to VP level management and have experience influencing and working with a wide variety of stakeholders in a cross-matrix environment.

  • Support the financial planning and analysis processes with metrics and data insights for financialrisks, opportunities, and investment decisions. Work with product development and internal software development teams to identify and prioritize requirements for program enhancements.

  • Actively participate in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual business performance reviews.

  • Develop, report, and analyze key input metrics that support team goals.

  • Ensure compliance with controls and systems, and develop new processes to support the fast-growing business.

  • Must be a strong leader with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work in uncharted territory. Must have curiosity to learn a complex business area.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar discipline with analytical bias.

  • 10 plus years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Controllership mindset.

  • Experience leading a team of finance professionals.

  • Proven leadership achieving effective results in a fast-paced, growing and ambiguous environment.

  • Demonstrable leadership skills and experience in a business partnering role.

  • Superior attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, though never losing sight of the big picture.

  • An eye towards continuous process improvement, including the ability to innovate and to simplify both finance and operational processes.

  • Strong MS Office skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Access, Essbase and/or alike) and other financial systems.

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree (MBA) strongly preferred.

  • Any qualification related to data science and data analysis

  • Leadership experience with demonstrated and proven ability to take on and create new solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to deal with adversity and rapidly changing operating conditions while successfully driving complex and milestone driven projects.

  • Previous experience in a retail, e-com or video conferencing company.

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
