This position is responsible for planning, executing and operating an accurate and scalable process to support advertising strategies across sales channels. This individual will oversee and inspire a team of tech support managers and QA engineers while concurrently fielding high volume support requirements for ad platforms and formats (e.g. GAM, Apple News, OTT video). They will work with peers to launch policies and procedures to improve response time and coach resources. This individual spans multiple time-zones & cultures to provide timely, top-notch, proactive customer service and follow-through.
