What you'll do:

  • Partner with leaders to ensure business strategies and priorities are enabled with the right talent acquisition, planning, development, and retention programs and intended outcomes.
  • Work with key stakeholders to assess leadership challenges and capability gaps and design/develop/support and/or lead the implementation of the initiatives to address those issues
  • Partner with other HR functions and business leaders to manage talent across the organization and help to ensure a match between business and individual needs.
  • Design, develop and/or implement a wide variety of innovative learning and/or development approaches/solutions to address specific organizational and/or development needs
  • Provide support, coaching, tools and interventions to HR partners and Business Leaders to address leadership/talent issues or priorities
  • Identify appropriate delivery approaches and resources; manage accordingly to ensure successful and meaningful results.
  • Facilitate sessions involving executive team.
  • Deliver presentations or training as needed
  • Develop mechanisms for measuring impact of various initiatives as well as ongoing tracking, analysis and enhancements
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Coach leaders to become increasingly more effective at leading, managing and developing their organizations, teams, employees and their cross-functional relationships.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Strong ability to influence through strong relationships, expertise and data and the ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment, being part of deeply complex strategy discussions.

What we seek:

  • 15+ years experience in Leadership and Development and/or HR Generalist/Business Partner roles
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to build strong relationship with leadership & effectively interface with employees at all levels of the organization & across functional/geographical lines.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently and be very analytical and results-oriented.
  • Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Exceptional results orientation with demonstrated personal initiative and customer centric perspectives
  • In depth experience with multiple approaches and technologies related to change, performance management, talent management and leadership development initiatives
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and/or organizational needs
  • Ability to think and plan strategically but follow through and act on the tactical requirements needed
  • Demonstrated HR business partner skills; Ability to establish credibility with business clients, ability to influence others at all levels of the organization.
  • Ideal candidate will align people strategy with business strategy and will be viewed as a strategic business partner and change agent. .
  • Strong communication skills- written and verbal; ability to present to and facilitate audiences at all levels.
  • Previous experience working in semiconductor industry preferred
  • Some travel required 10-25%
