The Information Security Analyst is responsible for working with IT Business Partners and Business stakeholders to assess and define business needs for projects related to Identity and Access Management. As part of the IAM team they will ensure the successful design, configuration and delivery of business solutions that are aligned with the strategic direction of Information Security and Identity and Access Management.
SCOPE OF POSITION:
This position provides expertise on various processes and technologies within the IT Security organization by leveraging skills for identification and evaluation of implementation requirements with business stakeholders, conducting quality assurance testing, coordination and execution of IT compliance and/or data security activities including interaction with CISO, responsibilities for training/support documentation and delivery to business readiness/service transition teams, T3 ticket analysis and resolution as well as the continuing support of our T2 teams related to troubleshooting, new functionality, etc.
Responsibilities as a contributing member of the IAM team will include and are not limited to the following:
Build Quarterly Contractor, Restricted & SOX recertification’s in IIQ (SalesPoint Identity IQ)
Understand and observe security requirements when creating or making changes to systems/applications and following process and procedures to complete assigned work.
Understanding of security practices and implementation processes and report to management any concerns related to risk, vulnerabilities and/or other security exposures.
Remain current on relevant IAM market-related trends, tools and methodologies.
ServiceNow request/incident resolution and SLA management.
Understand common computer operating systems and applications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or other related field.
5+ years IT experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments.
Possess critical thinking, communications skills and relationship management skills
Proactive and drive towards results with a sense of urgency
Collaborative and creative to be able influence others
Innovative and intuitive in application and use of the methodology

IT Identity and Access Management (IAM) work experience.
