The incumbent will work closely with the Customer Service manager and staff, other department users of the application, and may interface with software vendor staff as needed. The incumbent shall be involved with multiple aspects of documentation and technical writing required for a software implementation, including but not limited to use case, specifications, process maps, procedures, test cases, and ISO work instruction documents. The incumbent is expected to have strong investigative capability, analytical skills, exercise good judgement, self-initiative, be detail oriented, in conducting day-to-day operations in the preparation and execution of software testing and training. The incumbent should have a strong background in standard business practices, such as IE, ISO, QA, UAT, CMMI, & SDLC. All work duties and activities must be performed in accordance with policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.


CSM Project

  • Assists the CSM Project Core Team, as needed
  • Assists with identifying, preparing, classifying documentation
  • Assists with digital filing of documents
  • Attends project meetings, take notes, and updates project logs
  • Assists with project requirement investigations and interviews
  • Converts written instructions into the standard ISO format

Kronos Project Clean-up

  • Converts written instructions into the standard ISO format


  • Assists with providing support assistance to project personnel which may include typing, copying, scanning, data entry, filing, and inventory in support of various programs;
  • Attends project meetings


  • Ability to shift focus between multiple tasks as priorities are identified, or while waiting for actions from others;
  • Aptitude and willingness to be trained how to operate various specialized computer software programs including but not limited to CIS Infinity and Microsoft Visio;
  • Contributes to a team atmosphere through strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by an ability to respond appropriately to others, actively listen, and provide feedback in a non-threatening manner;


  • Preference for educational background of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Information Systems.
  • Must have a strong background in standard business practices, such as IE, ISO, QA, UAT, CMMI, & SDLC
  • Proficiency in the use and customization of word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail packages, particularly Microsoft Office products.
  • Must also have a willingness to become proficient in various specialized computer software programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Visio.
  • The ability to interact with multiple departments with patience, tact, respect, and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are required.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel will be used by the employee to assist in the performance of their duties.
  • Must have a valid Indiana Driver's License
  • Must occassionally lift, bend, and/or move up to 25 pounds
