Summary of Responsibilities:
Do you have experience moving a team from great to excellent? We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who can blend business acumen with a solid HR foundation to support ATC’s evolution towards the future. In addition to being instrumental in implementing programs such as performance management, coaching, talent management and succession planning, you’ll be a key partner to leaders as they determine what success looks like and how to get there.
You’ll bring your expertise that comes with at least 5 years’ HR experience, leading change management activities and being an advocate for organizational transformation to help us continue to break out of industry norms. Your bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration will allow you to partner with organizational leaders to plan future workforce needs and organizational design. This position will provide a presence in our offices in Madison, Cottage Grove, De Pere and Kingsford to allow us to continue to provide the best-in-class customer service our team is known for.
