The Sr. HRIS Analyst provides support, maintenance and development for the human resources management system in addition to other systems supported or utilized by the HR team. The HRIS Analyst serves as a technical point of contact and assists all users by ensuring data and business process integrity, as well as creating and maintaining training documentation for current processes and future improvement and enhancements. Assists with the general day-to-day functions of the HR System (Workday) including (but not limited to) business process configuration/improvement, data entry, report creation & reporting, data analysis, user help and communications.
