As Senior HRIS Analyst, provide support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (UltiPro). Serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Act as a systems administrator for monitoring, security and access. Provide consulting and training support to internal customers. Write and distribute management reports as needed. This position also facilitates and leads major HRIS-based projects in line with the overall HR goals and Project Plans.
