Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience focusing on Time & Attendance and/or Absence Management.
• Hands-on experience with UKG in a multi-state, union environment for 1,000+ employees is a plus.
• Experience with system implementations in a matrixed organization is important.
• Strong understanding of timekeeping and leave compliance (FMLA, state programs).
• Proven ability to collaborate with external consultants and diverse internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for report building and interpretation using UKG Pro Reporting, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with an external Project Manager for UKG Time & Attendance implementation over 18 months.
• Act as the HRIS subject matter expert for time tracking and absence, translating business needs into system configuration.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, tests, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support change management initiatives, including documentation and training materials.
• Serve as the primary system owner for UKG Time & Attendance post go-live, handling configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Manage ongoing system audits and feature deployments to maintain data integrity and system performance.
• Administer and maintain U.S. absence and leave plans in Workday, ensuring compliance with changes.
