Performance Objectives:

• Ability to engage consultatively and architect a secure cloud-first, services-first approach with core GCP services within a ClearDATA secured environment.
• Demonstrate solid technical knowledge and ability in complex situations.
• Provide escalatory technical troubleshooting expertise & guide customers to maximize success in their cloud journey.
• Ensure the security & compliance of customer environments within GCP.
• Partner with key stakeholders to optimize customer experience & deepen understanding of customer pain points & business needs.
• Seek opportunities to increase value, customer satisfaction & retention.
• Optimize key processes, documentation & knowledge sharing to enhance team success & decrease resolution time.
• Enable increased automation of defined managed services within GCP leveraging policy or similar configuration management tools.
• As required, engage as a GCP cloud solution consultant.

What You Need: Minimal 5 years cloud systems administration experience in managed service(s), service integrator(s), or similar environment(s); 3 years GCP cloud solution architecture experience; Strong Linux and/or Windows experience; working knowledge of a Scripting or Object-Oriented Language
