Read about our culture here:

Our growing team is seeking senior full-desk/executive recruiters who have track records of filling complex software engineering, analytics, management, and executive positions with a high retention rate. Our associates are highly productive, detail oriented, require minimal supervision, and have mastery of both strategic business development and end-to-end recruitment.

We currently have a growing book of business with start-ups and small to mid-sized organizations across several industries and expect the demand for software engineering and analytics talent to steadily increase.

Here's how we're different from traditional recruitment firms:

• Growth strategy - we are bootstrapped and grow our revenue organically by hiring top billing, experienced recruiters, who are committed to this industry as a long-term career. We don't want our clients, candidates, and team members to pay the price of high turnover or weak links on the team. We're building a large-scale recruiting firm with the culture of a small boutique.

• Management style - we believe in remote work, results-based management, short meetings, leadership by example, and a self-directed yet collaborative style.

• Compensation plan - we want our team members to have a higher income potential than they can at any other firm, our commission plan is unusually lucrative and will never change at the expense of the individuals who are driving our revenue. Base salary (not a draw) + uncapped commissions. 100% paid benefits with zero monthly premium cost to our employees. Individually tailored retirement plans with a company-sponsored financial advisor.

We treat our team members like partners and trust that they'll take care of business.
