Sr. Financial Analyst in support of DISA
Essential Job Functions
Perform budget execution functions in support of the DISA Resource Management Office that works with the individual program offices in DISA's Infrastructure and Sustainment directorates. The programs are primarily concerned with implementing and sustaining DISA's IT communications network.
Develop financial spend plans and formulate budgets. Report on and analyze Status of Funds and maintain financial checkbooks. Ability to develop miscellaneous briefs to report on analytics. Develop and process funding packages. Ability to perform financial reconciliation and database research (to include Unliquidated Obligations (ULO). Understanding of reimbursable funding programs. Familiarity with the DoD Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development and submission process. Familiarity with the OSD Budget Estimate Submission process and exhibits. Familiarity with the President's Budget submission process and exhibits. Familiarity with OMB IT 300 exhibits. Familiarity with both the General Fund and Defense Working Capital Fund.
Certified Defense Financial Manager, or DoD Financial Management Level 3, or a MS in Financial Management or accounting with at least eight years of DoD Financial Management experience is required. Experience with DoD policies, regulations and procedures is highly desirable.
