Agfa Healthcare North America is looking to hire a Sr. Financial Analyst – Business Analytics and Sales in the Toronto, Mississauga, Ontario area


This position will report into the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and will collaborate directly with the Sales Management team. The incumbent will own a variety of activities related to the day-to-day operations of the sales analytics function. They will have strong data analysis, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. He/she will be a self-starter who will have the ability to deal with ambiguity.



  • Develop/maintain comprehensive dashboards/metrics reports for sales and performance metrics
  • Provide analysis, modeling, and reporting to support sales team monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Manage monthly scorecard reporting for all sales team/regions based on quota attainment and balanced selling metrics including funnel availability and leads tracking
  • Analyze Order Intake (OI) trends and variances to goals/budgets, and communicate to sales management team
  • Maintain and distribute week/bi-weekly Funnel and OI forecasting tool including ongoing automation and enhancement
  • Analyze and maintain historical data to identify trends and insights including close rates, Funnel feasibility trending and product/revenue stream trends
  • Supporting NA Controlling team with ongoing monthly Order Intake forecasting, measurement and results accuracy validation
  • Supports ad-hoc data & financial analysis requests


Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
  • 5+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis (FPA) & business analysis in a fast paced environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools
  • Advanced analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing KPI, scorecards and ad-hoc analytics from scratch using various sources of data
  • Proficient written/verbal communication and data presentation skills
  • Demonstrated effective organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using SugarCRM, SAP & SAP BI Analyzer, and quoting tools
