Kimberly-Clark is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Finance professional to drive Consumer Promotion planning and execution and support overall Advertising and Consumer Promotion (A&CP) financial management. The ideal candidate will lead the recommendation and development of annual Consumer Promotion strategies and accurate coupon redemption forecasts to support brand Commercial Program objectives. This will include ensuring the proper financial analysis and performance analytics are being tracked and return of investment goals are met. They will support overall A&CP financial management through variance analysis and gap management, risk and opportunity identification, and assessment of investment health.
Manage A&CP financials, including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting of consumer promotions and advertising programs. Implement the standard monthly forecast process including: channel and vehicle analysis and recommendations, current plan tracking and recommendations to resolve issues and gap management. Actively participate in the LEAN Forecast Management System (FMS) to identify and drive process improvement opportunities, and maintain forecast accuracy in line with FMS annual goals. Lead the analysis and reporting of A&CP results and trends on a regular basis to brand teams and senior leaders. Deliver accurate forecasts to support effective decision making and enable brand Revenue Management improvement goals. Partner with Revenue Management and Brand to execute A&CP initiatives aligned with Revenue Management strategies. Support Data Driven Management analytics to optimize and improve channel Return on Investment. Responsible for effective implementation of financial policies and instructions, and the establishment, maintenance and audit of effective and reliable control procedures and standard work.
The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Senior Finance Team Leader of the FP&A and A&CP Finance team. Important relationships include partnering with Brand Marketing and Finance and Revenue Strategy to execute Consumer Promotion initiatives that are aligned with Revenue Management strategies. They will also work closely with Global Business Services to deliver visual management that monitors the health of brand A&CP investments and conformance to plan.
