- Manage the daily actions of the business’ managers and employees
- Implement and manage a metric-driven, scalable performance management system to track business performance in all areas of the business
- Help build scalable business processes in the sales and services functions, including evaluation of scalable software solutions to manage business processes
- Manage a successful and scalable sales function by managing employees to convert leads into customers
- Manage a successful and scalable service operation by creating and refining processes and efficiencies to successfully complete client contracts
- Managing profitability of the business, including participating in creating and managing to revenue and expense budgets
- Partner with key functions and vendors, including the marketing team to design campaigns, technology team to build systems and the customer/employee experience, call center operations to optimize sales and the client experience, and field operation partners to align the organization toward revenue and service goals
- Conduct regular business reviews with senior leadership
Skills you’ll bring for success:
- 5+ years of financial services leadership experience; tax and/or tax resolution industry experience is a plus
- 5+ years of marketing and/or sales leadership experience in a financial industry
- A strong track record of successfully building/scaling a sales business, preferably in a consultative financial industry
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred; MBA a plus
- Must be a proactive, hands-on people leader with a proven track record of operational performance with a high degree of accountability and integrity
- Change agent with the ability to identify gaps and mobilize a team to drive continual operational improvements
- Strong organizational / project management skills, the ability to develop, understand, and translate metrics into clear operational actions
- Previous experience with and passionate about coaching and developing team members
