This position isresponsible for increases revenue and improving profitability by identifyingdeveloping and implementing effective sales strategies. Generates revenue andEBIT with existing customers and creates new sales and EBIT opportunities withcustomers or markets

Manage customerrelationships to drive revenue through identification and pre-qualification ofnew business opportunities including investing in key customers to buildloyalty and mutual success.

Oversees development andimplementation of new products across functions and BU's to increase revenueand improve profitability.

Manages salesbudget toinsure spending and promotional activities are accurately reflected at alltimes.

Direct the acquisitionof new customers and new product opportunities for key sales initiatives.

Recognized as marketsegment expert. Demonstrates an understanding of market issues and trendsimpacting the segments and communicated to internal stakeholders.

Represents Company atindustry trade shows customer advisory groups meetings and customerappreciation events.

Manages communicationacross functional areas regarding customer needs to insure the timely deliveryof product(s).

Directs trains anddevelops subordinates if applicable

Responsible to conductyourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in amanner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and otherstandards of conduct.
