The Senior Director reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The position also has a strong dotted line relationship with the Regional General Manager, is co-located with Regional General Manager in Quest’s regional office and will serve as a member of the regional senior leadership team. This role will develop specific short and long-term growth plans based upon market insights including local competitive landscapes, evolving market trends, and local customer dynamics within the region.
