Sr. Director of Global Marketing (Channel Marketing Experience Preferred)

Develop and lead implementation of global value propositions based on understanding needs of channel to deliver growth for Company.  Serve as global channel expert and drive channel strategies and approach across the regions.

  • Lead global team and regional channel marketers to ensure value proposition is delivered to drive substantial growth in priority channels
  • Gather product and channel insights to inform channel strategies
  • Define product and service needs for each channel
  • Establish channelmarketing functions, policies and processes
  • Develop and oversee channelmarketing programs and initiatives for sales growth and revenue enhancement in specific channels
  • Ensure consistent global approach with strong turn-key programs that can be adapted locally
  • Collaborate with Sales Excellence Team to provide comprehensive support (teaming, training, CRM, selling tools) to enable implementation of channel strategies
  • Work with Global Marketing Team to support product positioning and branding initiatives
  • Create global customer relationships to drive business forward, where relevant (ex: multi-national chains)
  • Collaborate and lead channel marketers and sales team in each region to implement initiatives and tactics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Preferred

  • Bi-Lingual Preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of Marketingexperience with 5+ years in a Senior Marketing role, leading direct reports
  • Demonstrated in-market success of managing a portfolio of products and/or meaningful adjacencies that drive profitable top line growth
  • Strong strategic ability – comfort in white space; ability to connect disparate data points and information to establish a clear path
  • Ability to translate consumer and customer insights into meaningful business opportunities
  • Strong track record and overall proven business acumen
  • Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Persuasiveness and able to influence and motivate others; ability to sell a vision to upper management and across the organization
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build a business and drive change
