Our client was founded in 2001 and has become one of the fastest growing networks of digital and communications agencies. Our client and its agencies are focused on solving business problems by using a data and analytics-led approach, which surfaces insights, informs action and allows for customized and targeted communications across paid, earned and owned media.
Our client’s network has five agencies, 550+ team members, with 85+ members focused on analytics.
Our client works with global brands such as Intel, Verizon, Johnson & Johnson, Warner Bros, Coca-Cola, Merck and Mastercard.
This is a new role, which will report to the Analytics, Managing Director and will be responsible for defining, building and leading what will become our media analytics practice, which will focus on paid media.
This role will help to define, architect, and deploy a process and mindset that brings together strategy, analytics and engagement into a single view for clients across Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned; with an emphasis on digital analytics for Paid media.
The initial areas of focus are healthcare and technology clients, with opportunities to proactively expand into consumer as the firm identifies those sorts of engagements.
The Senior Director will be a key evangelist within our client’s organization -- nurturing analytics talent, defining the client service model, helping to define the operational structures and processes, identifying technologies and educating/ramping key stakeholders – the key role analytics plays from insights, to activation, through measurement and optimization.
This role will also partner with the Managing Director, Analytics and the Chief Analytics Officer on innovations and new offerings within Analytics and productizing those innovations/offerings that positions the Analytics team as trusted consultants for existing/new clients while driving growth and business development across the company.
Digital Analytics Offering - Partnering with our Managing Director, Analytics and other Analytics leaders, this role will be instrumental in helping to define the client offering around paid media analytics. The client offering is broken up currently into paid social, digital research, and web analytics, though a significant opportunity exists to expand into consulting services, digital media and bringing our existing client offering on the earned/social side to the digital world.
The goal is to have this offering defined by the end of Q3, with opportunities to refine as client realities change
Clients - Actively build the bridge between analytics and media property development/engagement by working closely with Sentient and the client relationship leaders that brings the insights to life. The client focus will be a mixture of healthcare and technology brands that span multiple offices. The expectation is that you lead these client engagements from the analytics side and help our account teams grow the relationship.
Activation + Education - help to build out the training/education program to teach analysts how to build insights leading to digital activation and programs to teach CRLs how to do the same for client business.
Growth - Support leadership in closing new opportunities, both organic and new, as it relates to analytics.
Client leadership - personally lead 2-3 clients that range from healthcare to technology brands. Clients to be determined in partnership with Analytics Leadership team.
Team leadership building - as the book of digital analytics business grows there will be opportunities with this role to establish a team and grow managerial responsibilities.
