The Senior Director, Retail Marketing is responsible for the creation of insight driven marketing strategies that drive traffic into our 1400retaillocations. You will have experience in hyper-local marketing around retaillocations, be an innovative thinker who knows how to drive traffic into our stores through creative, omni-channel marketing programs and optimal communication platforms that resonates with the core local target audience. This position must be a team player with the ability to contribute strategically, build and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships and adapt to the ever-changing processes and schedules that the retail business requires.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing. MBA preferred.
Minimum 10-years experience related to the strategic and creative leadership at the management level in an industry dealing with specialty retail, preferably for a brand-driven product line
Proven experience marketing multiple retaillocations with both a national strategy and hyper-local strategies (within 1-3 miles of retaillocation)
Proven experience building and executing advanced marketing plans for retaillocations and measuring ROI
Experience leading a cross functional team within a matrix organization
Experience managing vendor shopper marketing opportunities
