This senior role will lead the Coca-Cola Regional Delivery Center (RDC) and will be accountable for the development, delivery, and support of innovative and high-quality customer-facing digital solutions. Partnering closely with other Delivery Center leaders across the globe, this leader will advance the Latin America RDC by establishing an agile and collaborative operating model, recruiting and developing new technical talents, and implementing DevOps processes and tools that would enhance speed to market and solution reusability across the system.
What You'll Do:
Accountable for development and support of customer & consumer facing capabilities with a heavy focus on Salesforce, Full Stack, AWS, Azure and integration services
Advance the North America RDC in alignment with the global vision and operationalize the new operating model
Scale the North American RDC by recruiting and developing technical talent and connect the Americas to enable cross region concurrent capability development
Oversee Technical Capability Roadmap planning and development in alignment with the digital transformation strategy. Champion leveraged use of global platforms and templates across the Latin America system and partner closely with other Delivery Centers to reduce technology cost, accelerate speed to market and create competitive advantage.
Oversee Demand Control Processes, Resource Planning/Scheduling, Delivery Monitoring, Operations Service Levels, Vendor Management, Financial Control, and Value Measurement of the Portfolio under management
Implement agile program/project management policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and transparent execution across the portfolio.
Establish a robust Executive Communication framework for effective and timely communication of the portfolio progress. Utilize communication as the vehicle to convey stories of IT value, gain alignments on strategic visions, and build multifaceted coalitions to influence the outcomes in a franchise system
Partner closely with the stakeholders across the system including Global IT and bottler communities to understand strategic alignment opportunities, identify dependencies/risks, balance challenging trade-offs between short/long term goals/priorities, and assess the holistic value/impact on the North American business and plans.
Act as a trusted technology advisor and collaborate closely with the IT and Business Executive Leadership on strategic priorities and communications needs.
Drive innovation and proactively monitor direction of strategic partners, technology and industry trends to determine the potential impact and/or value to the enterprise. Collaborate with internal and external experts across the system to develop strategies for exporting and/or utilizing existing and emerging process/technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
BA/BS required. BA/BS in Information Technology, Business, Management or industry-related curriculum preferred
MBA preferred
+7 years of relevant industry and development management experience, including hands-on development and coding
World Class Architecture and Program Execution: ability to manage the delivery of multiple complex and large-scale solution development initiatives (>$5 MM) across different functional/technical areas, aiming to achieve a holistic destination architecture.
Experience creating and executing organizational change management strategies in a consultative and collaborative manner
Deep hands-on experience working on the design, development and deployment of enterprise supporting systems at scale.
Proven experience establishing enterprise governance frameworks, processes, and standards.
Excellent understanding of Agile/DevOps operating model. Experience and passion to work in a fast-paced Agile environment, delivering functional features in small time duration while utilizing automation tool sets
Expertise in communications and relationship management. Comfortable and confident when speaking with clients as an expert and able to articulate the strategic vision and gain alignment at various levels of the organization.
Strategic and creative thinker with an open mind about new ideas and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend sound conclusions and implementation strategies
