An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Sr Director Human Resources (Global Supply Chain) within Honeywell’s Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS) organization located in Fort Mills, SC. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support our leadership team.

Develop and own HR strategies for our Safety & Productivity Solutions (SPS) organization. You and your team will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development, & talent management. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth.
Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups.
Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent.
Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree
