This Director will beresponsible for leading the management of,as well as leading the management and program development of LG’s eCRMand SNS efforts.

The specific responsibilities are as follows

  • Responsible for managing and optimizing the development/execution of for both desktop and mobile applications
  • Manages website enhancements to improve owner experience/hand-raiser acquisition
  • Develops long-term digital strategic plan
  • Acts as an internal Digital Subject Matter Expert for LG and is expected to bring to the team new best practices, new opportunities, and cutting edge optimizations
  • Develops objectives/KPIs for website, CRM, and Social strategy by establishing appropriate benchmarks, then optimizing
  • Leverages IT Infrastructure (CMS, Registria, etc.) for long-term loyalty build
  • Responsible for long-term Database mining planning (i.e. fully maximizing connection between registered users and social profiles)
  • Develops long term word-of-mouth and social networking strategies/plans.
  • Manages LG Electronics email newsletter program
  • Manages the continuous development of the E-commerce platform
  • Creates Digital Planning Calendarization across all LG categories specifically for Home Electronics and Home Appliance businesses
  • Participates in managing agency efforts and serves as the Digital/eCRM/Social stakeholder
  • Develops Best in Class e-loyalty communications program to foster brand advocacy
  • Responsible for Digital Privacy Policy
  • Manages Company social responsibility and processes US & Korean- American society-related donations and supports Korean Media and Government Community-related work


  • An undergraduate Degree is required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years Digital Marketing experience is required
  • E-Commerce website development experience is a must.
  • A Minimum of 10 years eCRMexperience & eCommerce platforms
  • Extensive experience in highly matrixed environments is required as is a strong ability to lead and influence internal audiences and stakeholders
  • The ability to build strong relationships with outside agency partners, internal stakeholders in the US and Korea, and executive management teams is required
  • Extensive experience managing .com site content evolution and overall optimization for a major consumer electronics facing brand is required
  • Successful track record of project management, project communication and project budget management is required
  • Superior organization and follow through skills are required
  • Strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills required
