Executive responsible for the overall success of the retail partnership and accountable for achieving overall revenue plan. Help staffing plan of the dedicated team based on client needs and objectives and ensure staffing requirements are met. Monitors and manages the overall pipeline towards revenue goals, troubleshoots any issues pertaining to the products sold which can include, loyalty program, digital offers, retail media network, eCommerce, Intelligent In-Store Signage, Receipt Rewards, Influencer and Conversational Commerce. Role also develops new business opportunities and strategies, etc.
Retention / churn: metrics are straightforward and are tied to monthly or annual recurring revenue (MRR / ARR), customer lifetime value (LTV) and churn.
Product adoption: metrics rely on product stickiness. This could include everything from new features activated to the number of customers who hit certain milestones and time spent in the software.
Customer feedback: metrics are tied to customer feedback. The most common metric is the Net Promoter Survey (NPS), which measures how likely a customer is to recommend your product to their friends.

Serves as retailers primary contact. Works with Inmar’s expansive service organization to ensure the retailer is optimally supported and each campaign launches on time and achieves performance goals. Provides campaigns insights and recommendations to sales leads to support renewal and budget increases. Develops and implements a training framework to allow for in-housing support roles and paths for retailer self-serve.
Guide retailer on ways to drive shopper signup and engagement
- Create associate programs
- Anticipate retailer problems, consult/manage/monitor issue resolution
- Assist with Product Implementation on installation of new product and services
- Help coordinate testimonials and success stories with Product Marketing
- Maintain daily relationship with retailers, weekly meetings, tracking of tasks and projects
- Weekly reporting
Train retailers on new products/features to gain adoption, ongoing engagement, stickiness - QBR support - Consult on program design, monitor performance, provide analysis, ongoing recommendations - Secure additional data required for various Retail Cloud solutions - tlogs, PII (email, phone), etc.
