The Senior Director of Compensation oversees the planning, development and administration of the compensation program and directs the annual salary planning process across the Johns Hopkins Health System. The role is also responsible for all aspects of the executive compensation process.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least eight years compensation experience in the design and administration of compensation systems including job evaluation, data acquisition and analyses, survey completion and analysis, job description development, pay policy development and interpretation, performance management, merit and incentive pay. Must have at least five years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
