Claims leader with accountability for claims implementations and operations in support of Magellan Complete Care business and other business units as assigned. Serve as claims business owner for claims operations. Direct the activities claims teams in the set up and processing of claims and adjustments. Use metrics to measure and manage performance to service levels and contractual obligations. Ensure timely and accurate processing. Work with Magellan partners to identify and execute on efficiency and cost of care initiatives. Identify opportunities to innovate.

15+ years operational leadership experience; 7+ years project management and system/contract implementation experience., Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a cross functional team to bring appropriate people together to accomplish a specific task. Strong organization, communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Understand Magellan's limitations and effectively manages customer's expectations within those limitations. Manage expenses, time and resources to deliver the results expected.
