The primary purpose of this position is to assist Divisional Field Leaders in controlling retail and pharmacy shrink. This leadership positon is also responsible to conduct, oversee and ensure the highest integrity in all theft, fraud, procedural, privacy and other related investigations. In addition this leadership positon is critical in executing threat management mitigation and response. This leadership position is involved in protecting company assets, associates and customers. Experience / Requirements
Develop, lead, communicate and execute the strategic shrink reduction plans and tactics. Ensures the Asset Protection programs support the company's business goals and objectives.
Build an exceptionally talented Asset Protection Team through recruiting, training, and performance management.
Ensure that Divisional Leaders and their teams respond to incidents, including theft, threats, fraud, privacy and other related investigations.
Achieve budgets, including shrink plan, and ensure that the resources are properly allocated to meet the needs of the business through review of company P&L and other available financial resources.
Leverage partnerships to control company shrink. Communicate with retail/pharmacy operations, supply chain, human resources, legal and other corporate support department when necessary as it relates to Asset Protection's initiatives.
Be the resource expert and maintain relevant and current knowledge of all Federal, State and local laws, regulations, guidelines, pending legislation and industry trends as they relate to the core focus of the Asset Protection mission.
Bachelor's Degree in business operations or related field
5 years of experience in Asset Protection, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Retail or Military work experience, or as a Asset Protection Certified Professional or experience in a position with multi-location supervisory demands; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Preferred
3 years of experience in managing salaried professional - Required
