ICON is seeking a driven professional with an excellent blend of Business Development, Project Oversight, and People Management to actively lead teams to the successful delivery of contracted projects in accordance with timelines, plans, and budgets. You will serve as a senior level liaison with clients and represent ICO in Business Development activities and ensure revenue targets are met. This is an incredible opportunity to develop and elevate new business opportunities with internal and external clients by delivering insightful proposals while addressing complex client issues.


We will have you carry out all meaningful line management responsibilities serving as a mentor and manager to assigned direct reports and leading their ongoing performance management. This role will increase ICON's visibility in the industry through abstracts, presentations, and other speaking arrangements. You will be tasked with minimizing escalations by providing dedicated support to the project team. You will provide senior oversight to the review/approval of project related materials (Protocol, ICF, CRF, site training materials, etc.).

Education and Experience:


You should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) with extensive experience in Late Phase Project Management and Business Development. You will need 10+ years relevant experience within a CRO or Pharmaceutical environment including 6 years of project management and 5 years of line management. Minimum of 3 years late phase experience.
