Senior Nursing Directors are responsible to support and sustain the mission and vision of the medical subspecialty clinics (i.e. Neurology , Endo, Pulm, Infectious Disease, Allergy, GI, Developmental & Behavorial, etc) , providing leadership for nursing practice and assuring healthy work environments. Senior Nursing Directors lead collaborative efforts with inter-professional teams to achieve the organizations strategic priorities and improve patient care safety and quality. Senior Nursing Directors are responsible for financial, personnel, and supply resource management; and empower others to improve processes based on patient/family needs, evidence for practice, prudent resource management.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $57.46, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
