Job Summary:

As a member of the Cybersecurity Advisory team, this person serves as the key point person for a given business portfolio within CCF. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing a robust relationship with his or her key business partners in that portfolio, helping them engage with Cybersecurity, request security services, and deliver feedback to the portfolio and Cybersecurity peers. This role is responsible for evaluating projects and initiatives for security impacts, preparing status reports on security matters, and contributing to the development of securityrisk analysis scenarios and response procedures. CybersecurityPortfolio Specialists serve as the “face” of Cybersecurity for their portfolios, and ensure proper awareness, facilitate conversations, and track requested services for their customers through their delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and guides team as a subject matter expert in documenting remediation recommendations to improve the CC environment and daily work flow.
  • Keeps abreast of latest security and privacy legislation, regulations, advisories, alerts, and vulnerabilities
  • Provides coaching and mentorship to nurture the development of team members.
  • Provides input to manager for hiring decisions and performance coaching.
  • Presents detailed information to CS Leadership which will be used to drive program focus.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
  • Assists with implementation of counter-measures or mitigating controls.
  • Applies communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate and resolve issues.
  • Other duties as assigned

Serves as the key point person for a given business portfolio within CCF. Attends portfolio meetings to keep abreast of business decisions, and includes key cybersecurity service leads as appropriate. Responsible for establishing a robust relationship with his or her key business partners in that portfolio, helping them engage with Cybersecurity, request security services, and deliver feedback to the portfolio and Cybersecurity peers. CybersecurityPortfolio Specialists serve as the “face” of security for their portfolios, and ensure proper awareness, facilitate conversations, and track requested services for their customers through their delivery by Cybersecurity.  Maintains department metrics and dashboard, which will allow leadership to make fact-based and data-driven decisions. Communicates with multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • A High School diploma/GED required.  

Certifications:

  • Certifications from SysAdmin, Audit, Network and Security Institute (SANS), International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) or Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) or other position related certifications preferred.

Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED: A minimum 9 years of recent experience within the Information Technology, Financial or Clinical Systems with focus on Securityrequired, including a minimum of 1year of experience leading process and/or technology-oriented tasks.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A minimum 5 years of recent experience within the Information Technology, Financial or Clinical Systems with focus on Securityrequired, including a minimum of 1year of experience leading process and/or technology-oriented tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of work experience in Healthcare
  • Understanding of Information Security domains
  • Project management skills; strong organization; prioritization and problem solving skills
  • Experience with project management lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with Workfront and PPM tools
  • Experience in leading medium and/or complex initiatives
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Experience in conflict resolution with competing interests
  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Experience in process flows or similar mapping tools
  •  Experience in writing process documentation
