Clearance Required:

Must be a U.S. CITIZEN with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
There is the potential for a sign-on bonuses of up to $20,000 for hires with an active TS/SCI or higher clearance; or up to $10,000 for hires with an active Secret clearance

Required Skills and Certifications:

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in cyber security to include practices/methodologies, associated technologies, and/or experience in an operational environment including ICD 503 guidelines (knowledge of US Government IA standards, e.g. DISA STIGs, DCID 6/3)
• 3+ years working with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience installing and configuring operating systems, e.g. Linux system administration skills
• Experience with the design and implementation of Infrastructure security services
• Ability to program in a scripting language, e.g. bash, Perl, Ruby
• Hands-on experience with virtualization tools and cloud computing, either private (VMware, OpenStack) or public (AWS)
• Experience integrating COTS/FOSS software into a system
• Solid environment and configuration management skills; ability to maintain multiple baselines, e.g. Dev, Test, Prod
• Strong ability to troubleshoot system integration issues
• Exposure to other emerging DevOps tools/technologies such as containers
• Strong aptitude and desire to grow DevOps technical skills and evangelize DevOps processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the use of MS Office applications
• Ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance US Citizenship required

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Experience with automated patch deployment via authoring and executing Chef recipes/cookbooks
• Experience installing and configuring Identity and Access Management (IdAM) tools and services
• Skilled at developing and executing functional checkout testing
• Experience installing and configuring security logging and alerting tools (Tripwire, ArcSight, LogRhythm, etc)
• Security certifications(e.g. Security+, CISSP, CEH, etc)
• Experience using security vulnerability assessment scanning tools such as Nessus
• Ability to interpret vulnerability assessment scan reports
• Experience performing IA hardening via patch installation and system configuration
• Ability to support POAM development, including documentation of false positive findings as well as mitigation of findings necessary for mission system operation

Required Education:

4 years with a BS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math or related technical degree; 2 years with a MS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math or related technical degree
