WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Consult with top tier customers and prospects to understand key business and technology needs and help customer meet their requirements with Zonar products and services-
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop key materials to use for technical presentations to customers
  • Engage customers and help them see the competitive advantage of our product portfolio by representing the Company, its technology and capabilities in a highly professional, consultative, and strategic manner
  • Work with Product and Development teams to garner a deep understanding of how our systems operate, how our solutions meet customer needs, and how our product portfolio can be integrated with customer services to help them increase business value and overcome challenges or address regulations
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to our Product Delivery teams that inform plans to expand and improve our platform solutions to strengthen our market presence and exceed our customer’s expectations
  • Identify opportunities to customize solutions for top tier customers and create clear detailed business case and implementation plan, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and timelines and manage expectations
  • Design requirements and plans for implementation of solutions for customers, third parties supporting a customer program and internal development team.Provide consultation during the implementation period to ensure success.
  • Support and manage multiple deals and opportunities at the same time.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in a technical discipline and 10+ years of related experience in consultative technical sales or equivalent combinations of relevant work and experience and education
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience developing solutions for customers
  • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design
  • Experience with Python and Go
  • Experience in designing and building large scale systems. Demonstrated knowledge with distributed and multi-threaded implementations a plus
  • Experience building containerized applications in public cloud – exposure to Docker and Kubernetes preferred
  • Experience building applications that use relational and NOSQL database systems such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra
  • RESTful API implementation and experiencerequired
  • Exposure to Android mobile development preferred - proficiency in Android SDK, Java, and related technologies, and experience developing with Android Studio is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, strategic selling methodology, and proven success in managing relations with customers and colleagues
  • Strong ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
  • Ability to present clear, concise solutions to customers
  • Demonstrated ability establishing credibility with business executives, along with presenting to and influencing senior leaders. Recognized as a thought leader
  • Ability to work well with others, motivate other team members, and thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment. Ability to set goals and achieve scheduled deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor productions, positioning and operations preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for being a change agent
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
