Ingram Micro’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) team is looking to add a sustainability data management and analytics role to administer our CSR information management platform, manage global CSR data collection, validation and analysis, and help us leverage data to make a compelling case for various projects and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of Ingram Micro’s information management system, including backend system maintenance and improvements, troubleshooting, user support and management of change requests
- Improve timeliness, completeness and accuracy of global sustainability data by collaborating with users companywide, supporting training administration, performing data audits and driving process efficiencies
- Validation and analysis of global data sets, including data visualization for reporting purposes
- Format data inputs for CDP emissions and annual CSR reports
- Prepare periodic refrigerant emissions inventories
- Support the development of a scope 3 emissions inventory and science-based emissions reduction targets
- Assist in the analysis of supply chain risk data
- Climate scenario analysis and monetizing risks
- Participate in global renewable energy strategy-setting
- Support updates of training materials and procedures related to data processes, including development and maintenance of a GHG inventory management plan
- Support external data verification
- Prepare and maintain custom reports and interactive dashboards
- Assist in the development of global energy and waste profiles to support carbon neutrality and zero-waste strategies
- Periodically map resource risks using basic GIS tools (e.g., WRI Aqueduct Water Risk Atlas or QGIS)
- Provide supporting data for facility efficiency and other sustainability projects
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications and Educational Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, such as data science, analytics, environmental informatics, etc.
Experience Required
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerBI and the ability to create complex, visually optimized dashboards for diverse audiences
- Applied knowledge of Python for data processing and analysis
- Familiarity with backend software pipelines and processes (Azure functions/web app)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable with remote work and virtual communications technologies

Preferred
- At least 2 years in an environmental data management role, including EHS, energy or sustainability management
- Previous work with sustainability information management systems (e.g., UL, Intelex, Enablon) as a super user or administrator
- Prior experience supporting CSR data activities, such as CSR reporting or preparing emissions inventories
- Experience with modeling scope 3 emissions inventories, including product LCA
- Experience with or knowledge of climate scenario modeling
