Conversion Optimization | Sr. Strategist


About Position

Perficient Digital is seeking a strategist to join our growing conversion optimization team. This role will be responsible for creating activities related to landing page optimization, A/B testing and personalization using Adobe Target. Begin a new position with a team of problem solvers, creative thinkers and go getters to help large automotive, financial and health care companies improve their website goals.


About You:

You are an Adobe Target expert and know your way around the Adobe Marketing cloud. Your goal is to deliver testing and personalization for landing pages on large enterprise business websites. In this role you will execute best practices for technical implementations and provide strategy to achieve exceptional results using Adobe Target. You will manage the relationship with clients, provide developers direction and work with other Adobe experts to set up these experiments, QA the activities and analyze the results. Finally, you will deliver reports of each test and personalization activity.




  • 3+ Years using Adobe Target to help large enterprise clients deliver conversion testing and personalization.
  • Self-motivated, natural leader, well organized and able to manage your time
  • Conversion optimization for mid to large companies. You should have Senior experience and understand the general concepts of how the conversion optimization process work. This includes setting up experiments using conversion testing tools and analyzing the results.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver. While strategizing the conversion projects, you will bring ideas to the table and present them to the client.
  • Agency experience - work well with clients while being open to criticism and client feedback. Ability to stay positive throughout the project.




  • 5+ years working in Conversion Optimization - analytics, A/B testing and a understanding of personalization concepts.
  • 3+ years working with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
  • Have proven leadership skills along with experience in managing direct reports and training development team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with the Adobe Marketing Suite including Adobe Target, DTM / Launch and Adobe Analytics .   



  • Certification in Adobe Target - Business Practitioner & Analyst
  • Certification in Adobe Analytics - Business Practitioner & Analyst
