ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Understand consumer behavior, key consumer barriers to adoption and be able to effectively incorporate insights into the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy.

 

·Understand the consumer medialandscape and emerging marketingtechnologies

 

·Lead media strategy and planning using an omni-channelmarketing approach.

 

·Develop contentdesigned to engage and inspire consumers to take action.

 

·Lead continuous A/B testing and predictive marketing techniques to drive consumer conversion.

 

·Collaborate closely with agency partners andinternal teams to deliver the appropriate content at the proper time to maximize conversions.

 

·Lead cross- functional teams and collaborate closely withinternal and external partners, including agencies.

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

·Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.·Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.·Performotherduties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

·BS/BA required, preferably in marketing, technology or business related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.·Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer marketing required (packaged goods, PR, DTC preferred).·Minimum of 4-6 years in digital marketing (Social media, paid search, digital video, PR).·Online creative development and campaign management required.·Must have demonstrated successful strategic planning in the past as well as digital campaign execution.
