ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Oversee connections performance measurement toolkits, including Marketing Mix, Campaign Measurement, creative benchmarking and sponsorship ROI·Lead standardizing consumer marketing impact analysis including media ROI, creative performance, A/B testing results. ·Insights lead for cross functional data committee on piloting new analytical approaches to solve critical business questions·Liaise with marketing partners to ensure better alignment between measurement, reporting and strategic business objectives·Transform performance results and learnings into actionable strategy and planning to drive a system of marketing excellence ·Embed consumer knowledge within the company through reports, presentations, workshops and briefings in order to maximize effectiveness of action plans·Assess macro business and consumer trends + opportunities

Additional responsibilities:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencerequired, MBA preferred.·Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing analytics – preferably consumer analytics·Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Datamarts, and MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.·Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry is a plus.
