This role will develop and execute on communications strategies in support of Lincoln’s “People, Place and Brand” organization – which comprises all facets of HR, corporate brand and advertising, diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, strategic real estate, business continuity, and Lincoln’s enterprise crisis management efforts. This role will primarily focus on supporting communications – both internal and external – for the for the corporate business continuity, crisis management and real estate functions, as well as the corporate marketing, brand and advertising functions. This role will also lead special, often enterprise-wide projects in the HR space.
The Ideal Candidate will:
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) - Minimum Required
5 - 7+ Years of Corporate communications, internal and/or external communications experience that directly aligns to the responsibilities of this role. (Required )
