The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for technical support during the sales process and post-sale implementation of Goliath's product line.

Goliath's products are focused on the exploding cloud computing and desktop virtualization market and help IT professionals anticipate, troubleshoot and prevent end user experience issues before end users are impacted. Our technology supports IT infrastructure and users no matter where they are located. The consultant, while implementing the technology, will work with virtual server infrastructure such as VMware, XenServer, Hyper-V, desktop virtualization solutions including VMware Horizon, Citrix and RDS and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
Our market-leading technologies are Citrix Ready and VMware Ready. Goliath is a member of the VMware Tap Program. Our products are deployed globally and utilized by cross-vertical companies that range in size from SMB to Enterprise companies.
We are looking for colleagues with engaging personalities, a passion for excellence in technology and a problem-solving nature. This position includes customer- and partner-facing, proof of concepts, product implementations and training.
Product implementation engagements are usually between 5 and 30 days including the final training workshop where you will teach system administrators and other IT personnel how to proactively use our technology to monitor and troubleshoot their virtual desktop environments. There is minimal travel required as the majority of the implementation engagements are conducted over the telephone using the latest web conferencing technology.
In this role, you may also be involved in cross-departmental activities as your schedule allows such as working with the sales, marketing and corporate development organization.
