You will develop and oversee a joint marketing investment that tie back to pipeline goals, working in conjunction with the field marketing, product marketing and sales leadership teams. You will build channel assets and global partner programs supported with compelling corporate messaging and enablement tools.
Develop and oversee a joint marketing plan with Kofax reseller and distribution partners that tie back to pipeline goals
Work with internal teams to create channel specific content, including whitepapers, solution sheets, competitive analysis, playbooks and other channel sales tools
Work with individual resellers on joint marketing activities, including events, content, webinars, etc.
Develop and agree a demand generation plan for Kofax customers and prospects that generates leads, opportunities and pipeline for the sales organization
Launch direct demand generation tactics, such as email nurture campaigns, events, webinars, etc
Present, manage and optimize quarterly marketing plans and budget, and participate in regular sales meetings to provide monthly reporting on demand metrics
Maintain a strong Kofax brand presence amongst partner sales teams through internal partner promotion tactics
Work collaboratively with global teams and build cross functional relationships
Leverage best practices and champion partners to create scalable marketing programs, customer-facing content, and internal enablement
Be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring consistency of messaging and look across all applications
Drive execution to exceed demand metrics and quantify program impact (ROI, engagement, funnel metrics)
Communicate and educate stakeholders to ensure integrated, consistent and powerful alignment in all endeavours
Report on activities, pipeline performance and recap best practices for internal stakeholders
Provide creative brief and project plans to internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Manage marketing budget allocated, including timely Purchase Requisition / Order creation, partner execution against SoWs, and, invoice payment approvals
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of hands-on partner marketing experience.

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, SharePoint products.
Key Performance Indicators:
Partner pipeline growth, partner accounts engaged, pipeline generated, revenue influenced, and partner productivity from regional marketing programs
4-6 years of experience of marketing experience within multi-tier software sales channels
Experience with generating demand for a company through a multi-tier sales channel
Fluent in English, other languages such as French, German, Spanish, an advantage
Demonstrable budget management and project tracking skills & experience
Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation, On24 or other webinar platforms
Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments with the ability to drive progress and change
Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required
Experience with B2B high-tech companies; software background is a plus
Highly motivated, flexible team player

Flexibility and a proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional environments to achieve results
Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business or related discipline. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
