In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with your Sr. Customer Business Partner and Business Development Manager to drive Category, Dollar Share, Net Sales and Contribution Growth within trade spending guidelines. You will collaborate with many different disciplines, including Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain, and will report directly into a Sr. Team Leader, Category Management.
You will be the primary contact with the customer regarding assortment, and the lead in developing the Category Strategy Plan, which will drive the Strategies and Tactics necessary to grow the Category. Overall, you will provide Category Development expertise, in-depth analysis and shopper/consumer insights for the customer and the Kimberly-Clark customer business team in order to make business building recommendations and deliver break through presentations. Promotion Analysis is a key element of the position as well.
