Our Digital Solution will revolutionize how McDonald’s interfaces with our customers by removing physical boundaries to allow our customers to connect to and order McDonald’s any time or place, globally.

Responsibilities


We are looking for a motivated, quick-learning, detail-oriented individual to join our Technical Capabilities team as a Business Technical Analyst. This position will take responsibility for:

• Partnering with our Global Business and Market stakeholders to elicit business requirements
• Partnering with McD Digital Team to produce clearly defined acceptance criteria for our Digital features and capabilities.
• Validating that requirements are being met in technical designs
• Assisting and being the subject matter expert on features and capabilities to our Development partners and other product teams to ensure alignment
• Understanding the value and integrated nature of the various Digital products necessary to deliver features and capabilities in the overall Digital Solution and channels
• Eliciting, assessing, and authoring business/functional requirements for multiple Markets at a time
• Creating and maintaining documentation pertaining to product features and work processes while adhering to established standards
• Remaining current on Business Analysis practices, techniques, and tools
• Following-up with internal clients about completed tasks to ensure client satisfaction
• Translating technical information into business-focused, contextual deliverables
•Flowcharting processes in logical diagrams

Minimum Requirements


REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 3-5 years of professional work experience in an Software Development IT environment, with experience in SDLC and Agile methodology
• 2-3 years of professional experience as a Business Technical Analyst eliciting/defining requirements, building systems solutions, and managing business requirements
• 2-3 years of professional experience of eCommerce and web/mobile applications
• Documentation skills including non-functional, functional, business rule, and business processes
• 1-3 years of professional experience working with complex technology solutions and integrations
• 1-3 years of professional experience creating data/process flows in Microsoft Visio (or equivalent tool)
• 1-3 years or professional experience with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools)

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with various software development methodologies
• General understanding of APIs
• General understanding of JSON
• Organization skills and communication expertise complimented by a technology background
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, often changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
