Job Summary:

The Senior Business Solution Architect for Corporate Applications Enablement will be responsible for supporting, coordinating and actively participating in Corporate Application projects and solution support. The primary focus is on SAP ECC SD, MM, and FI applications and integration points. Besides SAP, other existing systems - like BW, WM, PP - or new corporate applications may fall under this position as needed.

This role is an experienced and IT savvy SAP support and project lead who knows SAP well, understands data, IT concepts and can understand new applications quickly. This person is very familiar with the global and regional business processes and how they translate into the IT applications, and SAP in particular.

Key Activities

Facilitate and Consult on IT Solutions

This role will:

· Facilitate and assist with regional business process design and configuration of SAP or related Corporate Application systems.

· Facilitate regional reviews of functional specifications and serve as a resource for business people creating requirement documents.

· Review and consult on business processes, design problems, and make recommendations for process improvement.

· Work with developers to clarify business requirements.

· Facilitate, translate and support the documentation of business processes in conjunction with Business Functional owners and assist with translation to SAP configurations and data needs.

· Consult and review functional unit test procedures to ensure development aligns to business requirements and functional specs prior to release for UAT.

· Facilitate the process of and assist with configuring, building or enhancing systems to support internal business functions.

· Facilitate development of high-level system design, configuration and road map for the solution and its related SAP modules plus other system integrations.

· Provide input to strategic direction of the business and technology development opportunities to drive Crocs business needs.

· Use knowledge of business operations to understand information needs of the business unit and recommend the best technology to meet those needs.

· Continuously expand knowledge in business and technical areas within Crocs Corporate Applications systems.


As requested for regional and global projects this role will:

· Manage and monitor implementation and on-going maintenance, design and support of the Corporate Application solutions.

· Act as secondary escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.

· Establish and nurture relationships with the SMEs, BPOs and business stakeholders using the specific solution. Assist in identifying new and emerging employees to fill these roles.

· Assist with software portfolio management for Corporate Application solutions regionally.

· Assist both on-site and off-shore resources as well as system owners in support related activities.

· Identify and escalate issues to upper management as appropriate.

· Coordinate with SAP and non-SAP cross functional teams to manage integration points.

· Troubleshoot and suggest improvements to Corporate Application systems.

· Facilitate and assist with training and other support duties as needed.

Project Management

As requested for regional and global projects this role will:

· Manage regional project initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing of IT projects.

· Create sufficient project documentation, artifacts, regular project status reports and project collaboration sites for project teams.

· Support management of quality, resources, cost, and procurement of resources as requested for a specific project.

· Manage implementation of projects within scope and time constraints.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education

BA in the field of IT or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience

Min. 6-10 years IT support and/or project experience with demonstrated ability to delivery project work on time and within scope.

Min. 6-10 years working in an SAP environment with participation in several implementations/rollouts.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

AFS experience a plus.

Expert knowledge of the most commonly used business applications.

Deep knowledge in at least 1 SAP module (PP, MM, LE, SCM, SD, etc.) including related integration to 3rd party systems.

Hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting SAP ERP systems including i-docs/user exits.

Outstanding analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Excellent written/verbal English communication skills are a must in order to communicate with all levels of personnel (end-user to senior management to technical staff). Regional language proficiently strongly desired.

Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills to excel at coordinating multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and flexibly adapting to change.

Demonstrated success in leading team members who do not directly report to you.

Experience with integrating to Demandware for Direct to Consumer and Retail POS solutions.
