We’re expanding our rapidly growing practice into new markets and in search of successful full desk recruiters who want to make an impact with start-ups and small to mid-sized tech companies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to consistently prospect and penetrate new accounts – we care more about what you’ve accomplished vs how many years of experience you have
  • Leadership qualities, tenacity, business acumen, and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong critical thinking, consultative mindset, and creative problem solving ability
  • A healthy disdain for large bureaucratic work environments
  • Detail oriented and data driven – accurate documentation is a big part of what make us successful
  • An outgoing personality and genuine interest in people
  • The desire to constantly improve and be an active participant in our professional development program
  • Experience filling high-level IT and software development positions in a permanent placement or executive search environment

$80K - $80K base, Discretionary annual bonus bonus
